Ingredients

teaspoon
Dijon mustard

tablespoon
White Wine Vinegar

tablespoon
Fresh Lemon Juice

Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese

Avocado oil
can sub with olive oil, if desired
2
Egg yolks
2
tsp
Anchovy Paste
or 4 anchovy filets

cloves
of Garlic
peeled and mashed

Fine Black Pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a tall walled container or your blender.
Blend 30-60 seconds or until everything is well incorporated. (If you use an immersion blender, be aware that it may look a bit like mayonnaise)
Transfer to an airtight container and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until serving.
Serve as desired. Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dressing.
