Either fill the ice cube tray or place dollops on your parchment. Place in the freezer overnight. Once frozen, you can transfer into an airtight storage container.

If you plan on using this herbed marrow butter for a larger serving, fill a freezer safe container and store in the freezer until you’re ready to use.

Ingredients and Tools

4 oz Roasted Bone marrow

8 TBSP Room Temperature Butter (1 stick), 

1 tsp EACH Garlic Powder, Dried Parsley & Dried Basil

⅛ tsp Salt (optional) – I like to use Redmond Real Salt for the extra minerals

A Stand mixer with a whisk attachment (or a hand mixer and bowl)

Silicone spatula

Directions

Add all ingredients to the bowl of your mixer.

Mix until well combined and fluffy. 

Using a silicone spatula, scrape all contents of your boxing bowl into a glass storage container.

Secure the airtight lid and place into the fridge until firm. 

Use within 1 week or freeze for later use.
