  • Silicone spatula
  • An airtight storage container

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Roasted Bone marrow
  • 8 TBSP Room Temperature Salted Butter (1 stick)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • tsp Sea Salt optional-include if you're using unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of your mixer.
  • Mix until well combined and fluffy.
  • Using a silicone spatula, scrape all contents of your boxing bowl into a glass storage container.
  • Secure the airtight lid and place into the fridge until firm.
  • Use within 1 week or freeze for later use.
