Equipment

  • Hand mixer and bowl or stand mixer with a whisk attachment
  • Airtight storage container

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Roasted Bone marrow
  • 8 TBSP Salted Butter (1 stick)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of your mixer and mix until light and fluffy.
  • Transfer to an airtight storage container and place in the fridge.
  • Use within 1 week or freeze for later use.

Notes

Once mixed, bone marrow butter should be stored in the refrigerator for no longer than a few days - 1 week. If you know you will not be able to use this butter in that timeframe, store it in the freezer in single use portions. This will greatly extend the shelf life of this bone marrow butter so you can enjoy all of its benefits.
