cooking oil of choice
butter, avocado oil, tallow or lard
Instructions
Place a medium sized sauce pan on medium-low heat. Add your cooking oil of choice to the pan.
Once the pan is warm, add the finely diced onion and saute until translucent.
After the onion is translucent, add the dry seasonings and tomato paste to the pan. Stir and cook until fragrant.
Once fragrant, add the water and mix until well incorporated.
Use immediately or let cool and transfer to an air-tight container to store in the fridge or freezer until use.
