Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Plain Ground Beef
  • 4 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Dried Sage
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients with a large spoon just until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • If shaping, shape the ground beef into your desired shape.
  • Cook in your desired pan and serve immediately or cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
