- 1 ½ cups Sugar
- 3 TBSP Lavender
- 2 cups Filtered water
To begin, add filtered water and sugar in a saucepan. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Bring the sugar mixture to a light boil and let boil for 5 minutes.
Add 3 tbsp Lavender, stir and remove from the heat.
Set aside until completely cool.
Once cool, strain the lavender buds from the simple syrup
Transfer to an airtight storage jar.
Use immediately or store in the fridge for later use. Use within 3-4 weeks or freeze for long term storage
