Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Whole Fennel seeds
  • ¼ tsp Ground Clove

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients with a large spoon just until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Cook in your desired pan and serve immediately. If storing this sausage for late, cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
