- 3 cups plain yogurt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup Strawberries fresh or thawed from frozen
In a medium mixing bowl, mash your strawberries using your whisk or a spoon.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
When all ingredients are well incorporated, you can eat or serve immediately.
