Equipment

  • A high powder blender or An immersion blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • A large pitcher or glass jar
  • A whisk or spoon
  • Disposable popsicle bags or A popsicle mold

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup or other sugar equivalent sweetener like coconut sugar, date sugar or honey
  • 16 oz Canned Peaches with the juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • To begin, add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • If you don’t want any peach pulp in your popsicles, you’ll need to strain the blended mixture. Once the mixture has settled, strain the peach pulp from the liquid by pouring the mixture through a fine mesh sieve over a pitcher or glass jar.
  • Add mixture into each compartment of your popsicle mold.
  • Place popsicles on a flat surface in your freezer until solid.
  • Once the popsicles are solid, they are ready to be enjoyed!
