A large spoon
Measuring Spoons
- 1 Lb Ground Pork
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp Ground Clove
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Whole Fennel seeds
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients with a large spoon just until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
If shaping, shape the ground beef into your desired shape.
Cook in your desired pan and serve immediately or cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
