Equipment

  • Wide Mouth Pint Jar
  • A spoon or small spatula
  •  A whisk or fork
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Cane Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Filtered Water
  • 1/2 tsp Redmond Real Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Add sugar, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla extract to your mason jar.
  • Warm the water on the stove just below a simmer.
  • Add water to the jar with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Allow to cool to room temperature before using. If you need your chocolate syrup before then, you can place it in the fridge to speed up the cooling process.
