- ½ cup Sliced Ginger Root
- 4 Lemons
- 1-4 tbsp Raw Honey optional
- ⅛ tsp Cayenne Powder
- 1 cup Filtered Water
Roughly chop ginger root and add to the blender
Remove the rind from the lemon and add to the blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Once smooth, strain the mixture into the air tight jar.
After the mixture has stopped dripping through the strainer, press the pulp to release more juice.
Enjoy a fresh ginger shot!
Secure airtight lid and store in the fridge.
Enjoy for a week or transfer into an ice cube tray.
