Equipment

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • A pint canning jar with an airtight lid

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¾ cup Avocado or olive oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup optional but recommended
  • 1 ½ tsp Dried basil
  • 1 ½ tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a pint jar.
  • Secure the air tight lid and shake well.
  • After the mixture has settled, your salad dressing is ready to use.
  • Add your desired amount of dressing to your salad and enjoy!
