The amount of cocoa mix that you will use will depend on the size of mug or thermos and how strong of a chocolate flavor you want.
Lighter flavor: begin with 2 tablespoons of cocoa mix per 1 cup milk or water.
Medium flavor: use ⅓ cup of cocoa mix per 1 cup of milk or water.
Strong flavor: use ½ cup of cocoa mix per 1 cup of milk or water.
How to store hot cocoa mix
This cocoa mix should be stored in an airtight container and in a cabinet away from any heat. Canning jars with spent lids are a great option to store this delicious mix!
